Who is Officer Snook?

The Officer Snook Water Pollution Program teaches second grade students in Hillsborough County about water pollution and its effects on our water resource. The program aims to help children connect the concept and vocabulary of water pollution with actions they see and take in their daily lives. Presentations are interactive and fun. The program and all materials are provided free of charge; it is funded by Hillsborough County and the Southwest Florida Water Management District.
