Program volunteers can use this form to submit a SWW Wildlife and Habitat Report. This report can be used to describe your restoration site or habitat and wildlife seen along or on the water or other water resource related items that you want to share with the water atlas community. Once you have recorded a short discussion of the item, you will have the opportunity to attach multiple images that go along with your short discussion.
Note: It is the responsibility of the SWW group volunteers to ensure that content on this form is appropriate and nonobjectional. The presence of obscene or inappropriate text or images will result in immediate revocation of access rights and removal of the group from the SWW program.
